Rebranding
Rebranding Your Real Estate Sign Panels: What It Costs & How Long It Takes
The short version
- Rebranding a real estate sign panel — new brokerage, new logo, refreshed design — starts at $75 for our most popular 24" × 36" size, the same pricing as a first-time order.
- If you need a new layout designed rather than supplying an approved file, add a flat $40 design fee.
- You don't need a new post or install — order printing standalone, pick up your new panels, and swap them onto the posts and hardware you already have.
- Turnaround is typically a day or two once you approve a digital proof, faster than most shops that outsource printing.
- Ordering 2+ panels of the same size drops every unit to the bulk rate — useful for teams rebranding several listings at once.
When realtors reprint their sign panels
Rebranding a sign panel comes up more often than people expect: switching brokerages, a team merging or renaming, a refreshed headshot or logo, or simply a panel that's scuffed and faded after a few listings. In every case, the fix is the same — a new panel, not a new post.
What a rebrand costs
New panel pricing is identical whether it's your first order or your fifth: our three most popular sizes are priced instantly, starting at $75 for a 24" × 36" panel. There's no separate "rebrand" fee — you're just ordering a printed panel with new artwork.
| Size | 1 panel | 2+ panels (each) |
|---|---|---|
| 24" × 36" | $85 | $75 |
| 32" × 36" | $95 | $75 |
| 36" × 36" | $105 | No bulk discount |
Instant panel pricing (CAD).
If your new brokerage sent brand guidelines but not a print-ready file, we'll build the layout for a flat $40 design fee and send a proof before anything prints. If you already have an approved file, upload it and skip the fee entirely.
You don't need a new post
This is the part people miss: a rebrand is a printing job, not an install job. If you already own a post — single-leg or H-frame — order the panel on its own, pick it up at our Durham location, and swap it onto the hardware you have. There's no charge for anything install-related when you're only replacing the panel.
If your old post is worn out too, or you're setting up from scratch under a new brokerage, that's the point where bundling printing with a fresh install makes sense — same panel, printed and planted as one job.
How long it takes
Turnaround starts once you approve a digital proof — we email it after you submit your artwork or brief. Because printing and lamination both happen in-house rather than being outsourced, most panel orders are ready for pickup within a day or two of approval, faster during quieter weeks.
For teams rebranding several agents or listings at once, submit all the artwork in one order — bulk pricing kicks in automatically at 2 or more panels of the same size.
Don't forget riders
If your riders (name, phone, brokerage logo) also need to change with the rebrand, they're printed the same-day and from $21 each — order them alongside your new panel.
How to order a rebrand
Order print-only through the standard printing flow: pick your panel size, upload your new artwork (or request a design), choose pickup, and pay online. No post, no address, no install scheduling — just the panel.

Frequently asked questions
- How much does it cost to rebrand a real estate sign panel?
- The same as any new panel order — starting at $75 for a 24" × 36" panel. There's no extra "rebrand" charge; you're printing a panel with new artwork. Add a flat $40 design fee only if you need us to build the layout.
- Do I need a new post to rebrand my sign?
- No. If you already have a post, order just the printed panel, pick it up, and mount it on the hardware you have. A new post is only needed if yours is worn out or you're setting up fresh.
- How long does a rebrand reprint take?
- Typically a day or two after you approve a digital proof, since printing and lamination both happen in-house.
- Can I order multiple rebranded panels for a whole team at once?
- Yes — submit all the artwork in one order. Ordering 2 or more panels of the same size automatically drops every unit to the bulk rate.
