From $75 each · Vinyl + full laminate standard

Durham Region & GTA's local sign printing company

Real estate panels, riders, Open House stepstakes and A-frames — printed and laminated in-house, no outsourcing. Rebranding, topping up inventory, or just need a printer? Order online for pickup, no post install required. Most GTA printers have moved to direct UV printed straight onto bare coroplast; we still print on vinyl and laminate both faces at no extra charge — the scratch-resistant finish other shops upcharge for.

Print-only orders are self-serve — pick your products, upload your design (or have us design it for a flat $40fee), and pay online for pickup at our Durham location. Booking an install too? Pick "Design & order a new printed panel" in the sign step and we'll print, laminate and plant it as one job.

Laminated as standard

Every panel is laminated on both faces at no extra cost — scratch-resistant, UV-protected, and built to look sharp listing after listing.

Sized to fit our posts

Panels are pre-drilled to match our single-leg and H-frame hole patterns — no mismatched holes, no sagging, no rework on the lawn.

Any brokerage or custom

Brand-compliant panels for the major brokerages, fully custom agent panels, or bulk team orders — your spec, our press.

How our panels are made differently

The cheapest way to make a sign panel isn't the most durable one. Here's how our finish compares to the commodity print most GTA shops now run.

Who we print for

You don't need to be an install client to order printing — we're a sign printing company first, installer second.

Print only — rebrand, restock, or no installer needed

Order panels, riders, stepstakes or A-frames on their own and pay online — pickup at our Durham location, same laminated finish whether or not we plant it.

Order printing

Print + install, together

Your panel is printed, laminated and planted as one job — no coordinating between a printer and an installer, and the panel is already drilled to fit the post.

Have a design, or need one made?

Every printed sign — panel, stepstake or A-frame — follows the same rule.

I have an approved design

Upload your print-ready .png or .pdf when you order — no design fee. Made it in Canva? Export a .png; Canva PDFs often don't load correctly for printing.

I need a design made

Tell us your listing details, brokerage and preferred style and we'll build it for a flat $40 design fee, then send a proof for your approval before anything prints.

Running an open house? Add a stepstake or A-frame

Same in-house printing, same laminated finish, same have-a-design-or-need-one-made flow as your panel — just directional and sandwich-board formats built for open house day.

Open House Stepstake

Double-sided directional sign, stepstake included. A few days' turnaround once your design is approved.

Frequently asked questions

Are you a sign printing company, or do you only print for your own installs?
We're a sign printing company first — installation is a second service we happen to also offer. Order panels, riders, Open House stepstakes or A-frames on their own at /order?service=printing, pay online, and pick them up at our Durham location — no post install required. If you also want us to plant it, that's the same flow with a post added on.
Why print on vinyl and laminate instead of a direct UV print?
Most GTA shops have switched to direct UV — ink sprayed straight onto bare coroplast — because it's faster and cheaper for them to produce. We print on vinyl applied to coroplast and laminate both faces. The laminate is a clear protective layer that resists scratching, scuffing and UV fading, so the panel keeps looking sharp across multiple listings. Other shops charge extra for lamination; for us it's standard at no extra cost.
Do you print for realtors who use a different installer?
Absolutely. You don't have to use our installation to use our printing. Order panels, riders, stepstakes or A-frames on their own online and pick them up at our Durham location — no call or email needed, just self-serve checkout. If you do use our install, we print and plant it as one job so there's nothing to coordinate.
What file format should I submit?
Upload a print-ready .png or .pdf right in the order flow — CMYK colour, 300 dpi, with fonts outlined and a small bleed if it's a PDF. Made your design in Canva? Export a .png; Canva's PDF export often doesn't load correctly for printing. Don't have a file yet? Choose "I need a design made," send your logo, listing details and brokerage, and we'll build the layout and email a proof before anything prints.
Can you match my brokerage's brand standards exactly?
Yes. We print For Sale panels to RE/MAX, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, Royal LePage, eXp Realty and any other brokerage's specifications, as well as fully custom agent and team panels.
Will the panel fit the post you install?
That's the advantage of one local source. We pre-drill your panel to the exact hole pattern of the single-leg or H-frame post we install, so it mounts cleanly with no improvising on the lawn.
What sizes do you print panels in?
Common sizes are 24" × 36", 32" × 36", 36" × 36", 18" × 24", 24" × 24", 24" × 32", plus any custom dimension you need. The 24" × 32" panel is the standard for most residential H-frame listings.
How much does panel printing cost?
Our three most popular sizes have real, instant pricing: 24" × 36" is $85 (or $75 each for 2+); 32" × 36" is $95 (or $75 each for 2+); 36" × 36" is $105 (or $105 each for 2+). Smaller legacy sizes and custom dimensions are quoted per job. If you need us to design the panel, add a flat $40 design fee — no charge if you supply your own print-ready file.
Design fee & artwork requirements — what does it cost if I don't have a design?
If you have an approved print-ready design, upload it (.png or .pdf) when you order and there's no design fee. If you need one made, we design it for a flat $40 and email you a proof to approve before anything prints. One tip: if you built your design in Canva, export a .png rather than a PDF — Canva's PDFs frequently don't load correctly for printing.
Do you print Open House stepstakes or A-frame signs too?
Yes — both follow the same pricing and design-fee rules as panels. Stepstakes run 12" × 24" at $20, 18" × 24" at $25, 24" × 24" at $30, and A-frame sandwich boards run 18" × 24" at $115, 24" × 32" at $145. Add either one to your order alongside your panel.
How fast can I get my panels?
Once your proof is approved we print and laminate in-house, so turnaround is fast — typically a day or two depending on quantity. Order before 6pm for next-day install or removal when you bundle printing with an install.
