Simcoe County · Barrie, Orillia and the 400 on the way
Sign post prices in Barrie and Orillia
Barrie sits on Kempenfelt Bay at the western arm of Lake Simcoe, and Orillia is half an hour further up Highway 11 between Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching. They're our northernmost runs, priced as their own zones, and the longer drive is why the numbers are higher than in the GTA.
We price a post live at Barrie City Hall and at the Orillia Opera House downtown, and we check Bradford and Innisfil too, since agents often list along the Highway 400 corridor on the way up.

Installing in Barrie & Orillia: what to know
Scheduled, not same-day
Barrie and Orillia are scheduled runs. Book with your listing date in mind: we confirm the install date when you book, before you pay.
Waterfront and cottage-style lots
Around Kempenfelt Bay and Lake Couchiching, many homes sit on long or sloped lots. A double-leg H-frame post holds up better in the wind off the lake; the order form shows its price beside the single post.
Winter installs
Snowbelt winters mean deep banks along Barrie and Orillia streets. If the lawn is buried, we set the post where it can be seen above the bank and send a photo so you know where it ended up.
