Ordering and confirmation
Placing an order on this site is a request for service, not a finalized booking. We confirm scheduling with you by phone or email. Pricing shown during ordering is an estimate. We confirm the final total before work begins.
Turnaround
Orders placed before 6pm are typically installed or removed the next day across our core Durham Region service area. Turnaround is a target, not a guarantee. Weather, ground conditions, property access, locate requirements, and demand can affect timing. Outlying areas may take longer and may carry a surcharge, which we confirm before scheduling.
Property access and placement
You confirm you are authorized to have a sign installed at the address provided. The placement you set during ordering is our target location. We may adjust it as needed for safe installation, buried utilities, municipal rules, or ground conditions. We are not responsible for private utilities, irrigation, or invisible fencing that is not marked.
Rentals, removal, and renewals
Installs include a rental term with removal at the end of the term. Removals can be requested at any time and are scheduled on the same next-day basis where possible. Posts and signs remain the property of True Sign unless otherwise agreed.
Payment
No payment is collected through this website at the time of ordering. We confirm pricing and arrange payment directly with you.
Liability
We take care on every job and provide photo confirmation of completed installs. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
