Lawn sign rules in Durham Region
Most Durham municipalities allow a temporary sign on private property when the owner or occupant agrees. A sign on the public boulevard is a different matter. Placement there is restricted, and where it is allowed it is often limited to 72 hours before the sign has to move.

Pickup in Oshawa or delivered with your install
Print-only orders are picked up at the Oshawa print shop. There is no delivery fee to add, because you are collecting them.
If the lawn signs are going out with a post install, the crew brings them. That delivery is included with the install visit, not billed as a separate trip.

- How much do lawn signs cost?
- A 12 by 24 double sided coroplast sign with an H stake is $20. An 18 by 24 is $25, and a 24 by 24 is $30. More than four, or a custom size, is a bulk quote.
- How long do they take?
- A few days once the design is approved. If you already have a print-ready file, that clock starts when the file is in. If we are designing it, it starts when you approve the proof.
- Are they double sided?
- Yes. Every size is printed full colour on both faces, with the metal H stake included.
- Can you design it for me?
- Yes. A flat $40 design fee covers the layout and a proof. If you upload an approved file, there is no design fee.
- Do you deliver lawn signs?
- Pickup is at the Oshawa print shop. If we are already installing a post for you, we bring the lawn signs on that visit at no extra delivery charge.
