Where does True Sign Group install signs?
We're based in Oshawa and install real estate signs next-day, with no surcharge, across all of Durham Region plus Scarborough and Markham. From there our coverage extends out in rings: a next-day surcharge zone, a near ring through the east GTA and Northumberland with usual next-day service, and the wider GTA and east to Peterborough and the Kawarthas by request. Core Durham Region — next-day, no surcharge
Our home territory, plus Scarborough and Markham. Order before 6pm and we can usually install the next business day at no extra charge.
Next day, with surcharge
Just past our core radius. We guarantee the same next-business-day turnaround, with a flat travel surcharge added to cover the drive.
Near ring — usually next-day
Just outside Durham. We serve these regularly, usually next business day, with a possible small travel fee depending on the address.
Wider GTA & the Kawarthas — by request
Further out, we book scheduled, quoted jobs to cover travel and confirm the lead time up front. Same posts, same photo confirmation.

- Where does True Sign Group install real estate signs?
- We install next-day with no surcharge across core Durham Region and Toronto/York (Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Clarington, Scarborough, Markham). Port Perry and Uxbridge get the same next-day turnaround with a flat travel surcharge. We also serve a near ring — Richmond Hill, Stouffville, Port Hope and Cobourg — and reach the wider GTA and Peterborough/Kawarthas by request.
- How does pricing change with distance?
- Core Durham Region (plus Scarborough and Markham) has no surcharge and next-day turnaround. Port Perry and Uxbridge are still next business day but carry a flat travel surcharge. Near-ring cities may carry a small travel fee and are usually still next business day. Far-ring GTA and Kawartha jobs are quoted per job to cover travel, with a confirmed lead time before booking.
