For the three most common real estate sign panel sizes, pricing is instant and published: a 24" × 36" panel starts at $75. You don't need to bundle printing with an install to get that price — order it standalone for pickup at our Durham location, or add it to an install order and we'll print, laminate and plant it as one job.
The number that matters isn't just the headline price — it's what's included. Every panel we print is double-sided, laminated on both faces at no extra charge, and pre-drilled to fit our posts if you bundle with install.

Smaller legacy sizes (18" × 24", 24" × 24") and any custom dimension are quoted per job rather than priced instantly — the pricing above covers the sizes almost every residential and brokerage-team listing actually uses.
Open House stepstake and A-frame pricing
Directional stepstakes and sandwich-board A-frames follow the same in-house printing and lamination as panels, just in different formats:

What if I don't have a design?
If you have an approved, print-ready file (.png or .pdf), upload it when you order and there's no design fee. If you need one made, we build the layout for a flat $40 and email you a proof to approve before anything goes to press — same rule for panels, stepstakes and A-frames.
One tip that saves a round-trip: if you designed your artwork in Canva, export a .png rather than a PDF. Canva's PDF export frequently doesn't load correctly for commercial printing.
Adding riders
Riders — Just Listed, Open House, Price Reduced, Sold, or fully custom — are from $21 each, up to two per post, and print same-day. They're a common add-on whether you're ordering a full install or printing standalone.
Printing standalone vs. bundled with an install
None of the pricing above requires you to book an install. If you're rebranding, topping up inventory, or just need a printer, order panels, riders, stepstakes or A-frames on their own — pay online and pick up at our Durham location, no post required.
If you do want the post too, the same panel becomes part of a rental install starting at $70 for a single-leg post — printed, laminated and planted as one job with nothing to coordinate between a separate printer and installer.
Where this pricing applies
Pickup is at our Durham location, and there's no travel surcharge for pickup regardless of where you're listing — the core Durham service area is Oshawa, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Clarington, Bowmanville, Newcastle, Courtice. If you also want installation, standard install service-area rules apply.
