• 5. We remove it when you're done. Request a removal whenever the listing wraps and we pull the post — removal is already included in the rental.

Riders and sign panels

Riders are the small bars that snap onto the post to add context — Just Listed, Open House, Price Reduced, Sold, or a custom rider with your name and number. They're from $21 each, up to two per post, and we can print custom riders the same day.

If you need the sign panel itself printed — a brokerage panel, open-house board or directional sign — we print those too, sized to fit the post we install.

Where the post goes (placement, sprinklers and bylaws)

You control placement down to the spot and the direction the sign faces, marked on the map when you order. A few practical notes keep the install clean, visible and safe:

• Pick a spot clear of the sidewalk, driveway and hydrants so the post is visible and legal.
• If the property has an in-ground sprinkler system, flag it when you order — we'll mark a safe spot to avoid the lines.
• For condos, gated communities or properties with strict bylaws, confirm a lawn post is permitted; some require board approval or a window/porch sign instead.
• Facing the post toward oncoming traffic puts the most eyes on your listing.

How fast it goes up — and comes down

Speed is the whole point. Order before 6pm Monday through Friday and your post is usually installed the next business day across Durham Region. Removals move just as fast — request one when the listing closes and we typically pull the post the next business day.

Where we install

There's no surcharge anywhere in the core Durham service area: Oshawa, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Clarington, Bowmanville, Newcastle, Courtice. For near-ring communities like Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, Stouffville, Port Hope and Cobourg, a small travel fee may apply depending on the exact address, and we confirm it before booking. Farther GTA and Kawartha requests are quoted up front, with no surprise line items after the fact.
