The signpost came in a timely manner so that was good. However, when the weather thawed and the signpost fell over, I called to have someone reinstall. The company was closed for the holidays even though it was only December 19th so we had to take it down which did not allow me to post my sold sign. When I let you know about this there was no concern whatsoever. Not even an apology.

I wasn’t planning on using your service ever again, so it wasn’t necessary for you to send the Rude message out. I have reputable companies that are efficient and reliable. Unfortunately your company was not very helpful. My client was not happy with the install because the post was not standing straight and I tried to contact you on MULTIPLE occasions to fix it. Due to your lack of communication, I had to pay another company to remove your twisted post. I’m all about customer satisfaction, so I needed this done right away. Anyways, you dropped the ball on this one. But I won’t take it to Google Reviews. I’m better than that. Can’t say the same for you. Have a good day and thanks for your not so kind words after such horrible service. I guess your company doesn’t believe in customer satisfaction. Just remember you were PAID. When taking someone’s money, it’s important to do what they have PAID for. Hopefully it’s a learning lesson for you.
