The installer was rude to our client. I just got off the phone with him. The seller told me that the installer showed up and was installing too close to his fence. He hadn’t even hammered in one support and the seller asked him if he could move away from the fence to be more visible. Apparent the installed said “why, so the 4 people who will drive by will see it. He then said to my client you can do it and passed him his hammer. I don’t want to see his name attached to another of our jobs. We moved all of our business over but I’ll just as soon move it back. That isn’t acceptable. Someone needs to call me pleAse. 905-442-4667

This person left 2 different kind of hooks with the posts ! One is with screw and other is a hook. At least one kind of hook should be better ! I can send you picture for the proof
